We love our community of mommies. We spend a lot of time talking with, supporting, and of course, photographing mothers and their babies in Bend, Oregon. We also love getting involved with the community outside of the studio. Mommy Mingle was an idea born out of the hope to provide moms with a fun, social gathering where we could all mix and mingle, and also learn about pregnancy and parenting resources in the area. Four years later, here we are, getting ready for the fourth annual Mommy Mingle and we are so excited to once again help plan and support this awesome community event!

A large draw to the event is the raffle, an amazing collection of prizes that mommies go crazy for and the best part? It supports a local nonprofit, Family Access Network (F.A.N.) F.A.N. advocates link Central Oregon children and their families to critical basic need services with the goal of keeping children healthy and in school. Incredibly important work for our local families that need it. Together with our partner, Baby Phases (a beautiful local shop carrying all your baby needs including furniture, gear, cloth diapering, clothing, toys, & gifts) we’re hoping to welcome more local mommies than ever before on May 20 (the Night Out Event & Raffle) and May 21 (the Shop for a Cause Event).

Just look at how mommies line up for this event! The first 50 through the door get an awesome goody bag, so there’s great reason to get there early.

Oh, and we’re so excited about this! Our raffle prize donation is a Jems Session. One lucky mom will win this  fun, life-style type session! Capturing your child and all their personality, it’s the perfect way to freeze time, just as they are. We can’t wait to see who goes home with this one! We’ll keep you updated.
