I’m back in the studio today and so excited to get started on the exciting things we have planned for 2009. There is nothing quite like a professional conference to get you motivated! We are planning several limited edition sessions for 2009, including a National Model Search! Details will be announced in the next couple of weeks. There are amazing prizes and scholarships to win, plus the winner from our studio will receive a complimentary 20 x 24 wall portrait. The National winner receives a Canon Powershot G10 camera and a $5000 savings bond!

We are launching a brand new High School Senior product line! Stay tuned for our brand new website devoted exclusively to seniors. We will be conducting our annual Senior Model Call in the next month. If you area a junior in high school (graduating in 2010) and are interested in representing us at your school, apply for our model program! Lots of great goodies are in store for our Models. We accept a limited number of Models per year. The application process is based on looks, personality and school availability.

In other news, we are expanding the studio to Bend, OR! We will be working on-location in Deschutes county on a regular basis while the Portland studio will continue to take commissions by appointment. Seniors located in Bend will have a chance to represent us too.

We will be scheduling a few on-location beach session this spring and early summer. Olivia Beach Real Estate, a gorgeous ocean-front community in Lincoln City has partnered with us to provide commissioned portraits to families who own homes in their charming traditional neighborhood.  Plan on Saturday sessions in both May and July. Sessions will be located on the beach near the Taft neighborhood. If you don’t have a home there, no worries. You can still join in the fun. Contact us and schedule your beach session today!
