As a visual artist and creative in business, one of the best ways we kill time is by checking out other people’s art, right? I’m an Instagram junkie. What an amazing place to get visual stimuli! With so many people logging in and signing up to be an insta-famous fauxtographer, how do you find accounts to follow that encourage, create and inspire?

I’ve put together a list of some of my faves. Not all are amazing talents or strictly iPhone captures. Most of them aren’t even in the professional photography industry. Many are just feel good accounts that lighten my day, or they are chances to see the world through the eyes of a perpetual traveler. Others are visual marvels with a constant ability to inject a “how did they do that?” thought raging though my head as I examine their insta-magnificence. From what seems like for-sure composites, to one guy who’s wife “drags” him around the world, it’s amazing what talent lies inside this app! And yet others are simply glorifying the status of coffee and good style, or business gurus who’s quote memes and #truthbombs inspire me to press on when I’m suffering a bout of hide-in-a-corner and want-to-vomit-because-I-suck—- Georgian-ism.
